Shipping & Delivery
LED reserves the right to charge shipping on any returned or unwanted items. Shipping will be charged at the postal rate applied when despatched. Returns of faulty items are excluded from the previous term.
We Aim to keep you informed all the way through the delivery process. Once your order has been received, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we are processing your order and another once the goods have been despatched.

Order Cancellation Following Delivery

If you wish to cancel an order for any item, you are very welcome to return them to us within 7 working days from the day after the day that you receive the goods. Items will only be accepted if they are a) unused and b) in the same good condition that they were delivered in. You will be liable for the return costs of delivery and a full refund for the goods only will be made to you within 30 days of cancellation.

P & P will not be refunded if you choose to return the items which are not faulty or incorrect.

*This complies with the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Returns & Replacements
Items should be checked as soon as possible following receipt of goods. Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Any returns will be refunded to you within 30 days. Any goods Returned with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to the sender at senders’ cost.

Faulty/Missing/Damaged Goods

Force Majeure – No liability will be accepted by LED for any failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment is made via credit or debit cards, subject to authority from the card issuer. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, American Express, Solo or JCB.

We will charge your account within 48 hours of the day of despatch and an invoice will be sent with your order.

Our online credit and debit card payment processing site is a secure area managed by PayPal.

We would like to reassure you that we take care of the information we collect to fulfil your order, and believe that Internet shopping using a secure server such as PayPal’s is the safest way of placing your order.

Viewing Orders
Ordering from LED will enable a personal account which you can use to organise your details. You will have access to this account 24 hours a day using login details which will be sent to you upon your first order with LED via email. We urge customers to keep this information safe for future use.

If you have lost or misplaced your password then you are able to use the "Lost Password" function via the login panel or you can contact customer services via 0116 321 4120.

When logging into your account you are able to look at any processing or completed orders that you have with us. You can open this information at anytime to track your orders progress.

Updating Account Information

You can update your information at anytime using your personal login details. By updating your details you are agreeing to these changes. We urge customers to make sure their information is accurate and correct to make sure the processing and delivery of their order goes smoothly.
