How To Order

Making an order with LEDTape.co.uk is very simple. Just follow the four step process below and you will be up and running with your LED Tape in no time. And if you have any questions, you can contact us directly using our Live Chat Service, calling 0116 321 4122 or by emailing support@ledtape.co.uk.

Step 1 > Choose your LED Tape

Choose from either Single Colour or Colour Changing RGB LED Tape. Select the brightness of your LED Tape (for example, do you want a very bright tape or just a decorative light). Also decide whether you want waterproof or non-waterproof.

Step 2 > Choose your LED Driver

Choose from either a “plug and play” power adaptor or one of our mains ready transformers. Also make sure the driver is large enough to manage your installation. To calculate which you need, simply multiply the wattage per metre by the number of metres of LED Tape you plan to run from a single driver.

Step 3 > Choose your RGB Controller (if applicable)

If you have chosen to use colour changing RGB LED Tape, you will also need to choose a controller. We have four options available. For a simple, fun option, we recommend our multi-touch controller, which features an amazing colour wheel.

Step 4 > Give us a call and get a quote.

By now you should be ready to give us a call. Simply call 0116 321 4122 and you will be put through to a member of our customer service team. They can answer any outstanding questions you might have and give you a price on the items you need. Alternatively, you can send an email to support@ledtape.co.uk and someone will get back to you asap.

Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched the same day (depending on the complexity of the order). We also offer free cutting and soldering, so don’t forget to tell us the lengths you need. For an extra £2.99 we will dispatch your items on a next day delivery.
